Fundada y dirigida por flyers apasionados, Tunnel Tech se esfuerza por hacer que el vuelo humano sea accesible para flyers profesionales y entusiastas por todo el mundo. Con una amplia experiencia en el lanzamiento y operaci\u00f3n de t\u00faneles de viento, adem\u00e1s de innumerables horas de vuelo, nuestra experiencia est\u00e1 arraigada en un profundo conocimiento de la industria, su origen y desarrollo en los \u00faltimos 20 a\u00f1os. Hemos sido testigos de la evoluci\u00f3n del vuelo indoor y hemos influido activamente en su direcci\u00f3n, refinando tecnolog\u00edas y desbloqueando nuevos niveles de innovaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

Our founder and CTO, a seasoned innovator in wind tunnel technology, blends an eclectic mix of experiences into the DNA of Tunnel Tech. His background spans from IT and physics to digital design and microelectronics, enriching his understanding of the industry.<\/p>\n

Passionate about skydiving, he leveraged this interest to build a successful sports goods web store and an indoor skydiving wind tunnel in his school town, marrying his hobby with his technical acumen.<\/p>\n

As an engineer, he designed cutting-edge devices, including a radiation-tolerant parts for nuclear power plants and satellites, and early cryptocurrency mining hardware. This path led to the birth of Tunnel Tech in 2013. As founder and managing director, he spearheaded the creation of multiple world-class wind tunnels in diverse locations including Tokyo, Seul, Jakarta, and Luxemburg.<\/p>\n

The future holds exciting prospects, with ongoing projects like the world\u2019s second-largest wind tunnel in Qatar. A bilingual engineer with a global mindset and a commitment to causes beyond the business sphere, our CEO\u2019s leadership continues to inspire Tunnel Tech\u2019s pursuit of excellence in wind tunnel technology.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

As a part of Project Management at Tunnel Tech since 2019, I oversee and coordinate complex projects, ensuring they meet industry standards, stay on schedule, and operate efficiently. Known for my ability to multitask, I often take on unconventional organizational challenges, adapting quickly to dynamic situations.<\/p>\n

Before joining Tunnel Tech, I worked in construction but found it difficult to see tangible results from my efforts. Here, I discovered the opportunity to take on greater responsibility, make a real impact, and continuously push my limits. Over the years, I\u2019ve built expertise in supply chain management, team leadership, financial project control, and time management\u2014skills that allow me to keep projects running smoothly from start to finish.<\/p>\n

One of the most exciting aspects of my job is working alongside incredibly talented and diverse individuals. This industry attracts people with unique backgrounds and experiences, and collaborating with them constantly enriches my perspective. The company culture at Tunnel Tech is defined by mutual respect, a strong sense of teamwork, and a great sense of humor \u2014 our office is always filled with laughter.<\/p>\n

Among my most significant achievements is managing the construction of the second-largest wind tunnel in the world. This groundbreaking project required our team to implement innovative solutions we had never attempted before. Being part of such a challenging and ambitious endeavor is a major professional and personal milestone for me.<\/p>\n

Outside of work, I love spending time with my family and discovering new traditions at local festivals across Germany. I also have a passion for cooking, which has become a fun way to connect with my colleagues. Our international team enjoys sharing national dishes, creating a welcoming and friendly workplace atmosphere. And for those who don\u2019t know\u2014I have a rather unusual pet: a bearded dragon reptile!<\/p>\n

My advice to anyone interested in this industry? Be ready for challenges and embrace them with an open mind. Adaptability and creativity are key, as no two projects are ever the same. As a Business Development Director at Tunnel Tech, I focus on new opportunities, market expansion, and strategic activities, including marketing. I also play a key role in optimizing our supply chain for efficiency.<\/p>\n

I was drawn to Tunnel Tech by our founder\u2019s passion for tackling unconventional challenges and the adventurous spirit of the team\u2014many of whom skydive, surf, or pilot aircrafts. Joining such a dynamic group was an easy decision.<\/p>\n

My expertise spans market expansion, strategic partnerships, and digital marketing. I also optimize business operations to support Tunnel Tech\u2019s growth. One of my first projects was improving our corporate website, refining its interface and security.<\/p>\n

The best part of this industry is shaping the future of indoor sports and entertainment. Wind tunnel technology is groundbreaking, and introducing people to bodyflight is incredibly rewarding.<\/p>\n

Tunnel Tech has a friendly, informal culture where colleagues connect beyond work. We often meet outside the office, strengthening our team spirit.<\/p>\n

Outside work, I love exploring hidden travel routes in Germany. Since joining Tunnel Tech, I\u2019ve also become hooked on indoor skydiving and can\u2019t wait for our Stuttgart wind tunnel to open so I can train more.<\/p>\n

A fun fact about me\u2014before this career, I founded and taught at a salsa school, which is how I met my wife!<\/p>\n
